First up is the Euro/Dollar with the average and peak spreads of point 25 and 1.4 pips, respectively.
This pair has seen a decline, losing a total of point 46% or 51 pips from its highest point at 1 1003.
Spreads were at their highest after 2:09 yesterday afternoon, but they did not exceed just 1.4 pips.
The Cable’s long-term average is a touch higher than 1 pip, and the daily max of 3.7 pips was posted within the last 4 hours.
This pair is down as well, having lost point 58% or 72 pips and reaching its daily low at 1 2251.
UK Retail Sales were out at half past 8 this morning, and spreads peaked at 3.7 pips just as the data came out.
And Dollar/Yen’s spreads have averaged at point 38 pips over the last 24 hours, peaking at 2.3 pips.
Now, this instrument is on the rise, having gained point 62% or 64 pips.
US Building Permits shook up the spreads for this pair when they came out at half past noon yesterday, but 2.3 pips is as high as they went.
